• Our Rightstart® new agent training program starts with two weeks of classroom instruction covering the A-Z aspects of representing buyers and sellers. You will learn the Listing process from generating pre-listing packages, creating a detailed listing presentation, handling objections, marketing, settlement services and after closing follow up. You will then spend time understanding the process of representing buyers from pre-qualification processes to loan application, contract writing, home inspections and settlement services.
